Common Toad populations are in decline in the UK.

Every spring, toads awake from their hibernation and embark on the long journey back to their birth pond to breed.

They travel mainly at night, sometimes crossing busy roads to get there.

Sadly, every season huge numbers don’t make it, often due to traffic or other man-made obstacles.
